The Blessed Buddha once said:
Sukham yāva jarā sīlam,
Sukhā saddhā patitthitā,
Sukho paññāya patilābho,
Pāpānam akaranam sukham
Happiness is a prior righteous life when old.
Happiness is firmly established faith, unshakable by doubt.
Happiness is the arising of Insight & Understanding.
Happiness is the avoidance of all Evil Behaviour.
